This teeny fellow is one of a litter of eight piglets that Daisy, one of our Berkshire sows, farrowed yesterday.
The farrowing was premature, about 20 days early, so Daisy was still out in the field with some of the other pigs.
She was due to brought in to the byre tomorrow, but beat us to it.

		<description><![CDATA[Today, most of the pigs moved to their winter quarters.
All they had to do was wait for the fences to come down, follow the feed bucket through the gaps, trot across to the new fields and pens, have a happy snuffle about, and finish by fluffing up the fresh beds in their houses.
