
One of the most important things to consider when choosing to be self-sufficient in food is not what animals to keep, which seeds to plant, what recipes to use or what storage containers to choose.
All those decisions are important, but they’re also rendered completely irrelevant if your neglect something even more crucial to long-term food self-sufficiency—the food storage area.
