New Year’s piglets

We will have 12 Berkshire piglets ready for sale from 7 January 2008, 10 from Doris’ 11-strong litter and two from Dolores. There are six boars and six gilts, all birth notified.
Four gilts and two boars are pencilled in for one buyer, with a single gilt going to another. That will a gilt and five boars for sale, for which we’re taking orders now.
Only one piglet is suitable for registering in the herdbook and has been ordered already, so all the remaining piglets will be birth notified only and therefore ineligible for registered breeding. Weaners are £45 each, no negotiations or discounts. Leave a comment with contact details (not for publication) and we’ll be in touch.

When the sun is low on the horizon, it shines through a handgrip in the back of arc and the piglets then lie in that patch of sunshine.
