		<description>Well mate, the boys and your OH are probably the workers of the croft and perhaps can show their dad a thing or two; even if it is just eating the delicious goods at the end. 
As for Susie, you cook them on a stove and they taste like jerusalem artichokes ..... chuckle!</description>
