Spiced potato wine

I often get requests for recipes to make some of the more unusual or old-fashioned food and drinks, which either says something about me or the readers of the blog.

I’ve had a few requests for potato wines recipes, but had yet to get around to writing one up - until someone on a forum I frequent asked what they could do with 2.5lb of old potatoes.

One possibility would be to make a batch of spiced potato wine.
