Fencing the new pig field

The Other Half and I started fencing the new pig field today with the aim of getting the corner strainer and a heavy intermediate post dug in.

We should have known the croft would come up with something to throw our plans out the window!

We’d carefully marked out the spot for the corner post, dragged the post up the hill (a cut-down hardwood telegraph pole) and got all the tools sorted out.
