I don’t have much time for Newsnight’s Ethical Man but occasionally his blog hits the nail on the head.
Today, he’s turned his sights on the generation of electricity using micro turbines and righly asks, “Are domestic wind turbines an eco-con?”

I’ve posted my views before, on knee-jerk deregulation of micro power generation, the need for controls on micro-generation, the way micro turbines are in danger of being the new double-glazing con, and opposing the wind farm trump card, so I won’t repeat myself.
