Adding insult to injury

After all the problems we’ve had with Scottish Water, it was with some interest that I discovered a letter from the company in today’s post.

Were they going to offer to sell me some water? Were they going to apologise for their attitude? Were they going to say something meaningul?

You guessed it, the answer to all the above was “no”.

Instead, Scottish Water wanted to tell me about my water supply pipe responsibilities as a homeowner and encourage me to sign up for their Homeserve Water Supply Pipe Cover.

So, are they imbeciles? Jokers with a poor sense of humour? Or just a blundering coloussus? Read the letter and decide for yourself…
